Name That Haunted Tune Contest [CLOSED]

You know the sneak peek at the Haunted Mansion-themed prize pack I did a few weeks ago? Well guess what time it is? Contest announcement time!

I decided to try something a little bit different. Sort of make it a multimedia affair. I’m going to use the podcast in conjunction with the blog to do this contest, as well as social media.

But first, let’s review everything in the prize pack so you can decide if you want to enter or not.

The Prizes

Whoever wins will receive all of the following. That’s right. The whole shebang. That’s why I’m calling it a “prize pack.”

1. 1. Haunted Mansion “Home is Where the Haunt Is” coffin-shaped notepad
   2. 4 Disney-themed mini-self-stick removable notepads (which includes one for the Haunted Mansion, as well as Peter Pan, Tomorrowland, and Pirates of the Caribbean)
   3. A box of Haunted Mansion Mystery Collection pins
   4. A Haunted Mansion bat-topped pen
   5. Doom Buggy keychain with flashlight that projects the Haunted Mansion logo
   6. A water-activated light-up skull soap
   7. 3 glow in the dark bracelets that say Stay Spooky, Creep It Real, and Let’s Boogie!
   8. A skeleton cameo broach in a red velvet pouch (or velvet-like…its not real velvet)
   9. Fortune teller confetti crackers that would even delight Madame Leota! (Not edible “crackers.” The kind popular in England during Christmas –but these are more Halloween-themed.)
   10. A scratch-and-draw Haunted House paper ornament

Value: Over $100!

(This is one of the biggest prizes I’ve ever given away. “Biggest” meaning both most expensive as well as most assortment of prizes.)

How to Enter

1. See Places to Listen (below) and pick one. (Or pick them all, depending on how many times you want to enter. That’s explained under Rules.)
2. Listen to the haunted tune.
3. Leave a comment naming the song.

That’s it. You’re entered!

Rules

• Residency Requirement: This giveaway is only open to U.S. residents. (Apologies to those folks abroad. The shipping costs prohibit opening it up worldwide.)
• Entry Deadline: Entries accepted until Monday, October 21, 2019.
• Entry Limits: One per listening/watching destination. (See “Multiple Entries” for more about that.)
• Multiple Entries: You can enter here on this post if you listen to the podcast, but you can also enter on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and IGTV (Instagram). I’ve embedded all the places you can listen –and subsequently enter– below. Just remember you can only enter once in each place. So if you listen to the podcast and enter here, but also on YouTube and Facebook, you’ll get three entries. Between the blog/podcast and the social media, you have a chance to nab FIVE (5) entries total. Unless you’re a newsletter subscriber….
• Bonus Entries: As always, newsletter subscribers get bonus entries. (Perk of being a subscriber.) Details on how to claim them to follow in a newsletter. (Not a newsletter subscriber, but want in on bonus entry action? Sign up and become one!)
• Answer Requirements: You do not have to name the right song title to win. Your guess –regardless if it’s right or wrong– is your entry. (But I’ve dropped hints galore, so keep your ears –and eyes, if you watch the videos– open for clues. There’s a dead giveaway on the videos.)
• Boo Bucket Drawing: All entries will go in the Boo Bucket. One winner will be randomly selected from all entries and announced around October 25, 2019. (I say, “around,” because if you’ve been with me a while, you know I do my best with these contests, but inevitably hiccups occur. Ones that sometimes prevent me from doing drawings on the day I say I’m going to.)
