Mystic Chicks Fortune Telling Chickens: How to Get a Reading

Have you ever had your fortune told? If you answered “yes,” I’m going to use my powers of deduction and say it was probably done by a person. (No trick there. Chances were in my favor on that guess.) But have you ever heard of the Mystic Chicks of Del Gratia Farm? Mamie, Sue-Bob, and Irina are actual chickens with special powers.

Okay, I made the “special powers” part up, but they really are chickens and are touted as the “world’s best fortune telling chickens.” (That the folks of Del Gratia Farm know of at any rate. They think they’re the best chicks around in general, but they also admit their opinion is a little biased.)

But where can you get a Mystic Chickens reading? That’s the best part. You don’t even need to leave home! Let’s take a closer look.

The Mystic Chickens Amazon Explore Experience

It’s been a while since I wrote about Amazon Explore. It’s still in Beta and only available to United States residents for now. You need a desktop or laptop to catch up with a host who virtually helps you shop, gives you a tour, teaches you something, or, like with the Mystic Chickens, provides some sort of service.

Here’s the general description from their Amazon Explore page:

If you need a small detour from your daily routine, take a break with the MYSTIC CHICKS of Dei Gratia Farm. These cute, comedic chicks will warm your heart and cast your fortune. Let Mamie, Sue-Bob, or Irina determine your destiny or just sit back and have some fun watching them discover the world. This experience is for entertainment purposes only. Please, never take any kind of advice from a chicken.

It’s meant to fun and cheeky, as evidenced by these bullet points also included in the description that further elaborate on the experience:

  • Discover your destiny (according to a chick who doesn’t really know).
  • Let Mamie,Sue-Bob and Irina play their piano
  • Speak to live chickens-they are listening
  • Learn about the Easter Egger breed and the colored eggs they lay.

Mystic Chickens Reading Price and Time

Sessions last 15 minutes and cost $15. They’re also generally offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. (With the exception of Easter Sunday. The hardworking chicks need a break!)

  1. I would speak to a live chicken, tell it my secrets, because really, who would it tell? I wouldn’t want my fortune told by a chicken, though. Nothing wrong with the chicken. It’s just that I’d break down in giggles.:-)

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! It’s been a while since I wrote this but I love your comment so much it needs a bankable bonus points reward of 3 points!

  3. I have always been fascinated by revelations, love readings, tarot cards, mind reading, relationship meters, and so on, but never actually been to a fortune-teller. How do you know which fortune-telling services are genuine when there are so many to choose from? But I would still love to do it one day if just for fun 🙂 Aiva

Hi Aiva! There really are so many, aren’t there? I’m sure there are other ways to know if some are not genuine but one way I know for sure is if they ask for more money or tell you that you have a curse and they can rid it for you…for more money, of course. lol But I’m sure there are some that say, “For entertainment purposes only” similar to the mystic chickens. But as far as a “real” one…I’d be interested in finding one too so if you ever figure it out, I’d love to know how it went!

LOL! Well, pretty soon you’ll have something to put them toward if you want!
