Movie Monday: “ParaNorman” and “The Raven”

Okay, so Playback stunk, but here’s two other movies that look good and which I’m looking forward to.

I loved Coraline. The makers of it have made this one. It’s more for kids, but that’s okay. My inner child likes to be indulged every once in a while.

The Raven

John Cusack as Edgar Allen Poe? Normally I might not be so intrigued, but the premise of this movie finds Poe’s stories having inspired a killer…and Poe trying to catch him before he strikes too close to home.

Looks like it might be fun. I’m also nuts about the time period so any time I can get a movie set in it, I’m psyched.

  1. If I went to see them in the theater, for sure The Raven would be the one I’d pop for. Since we don’t get out much, I’ll likely Red Box both, but…if the Raven’s available 1st, it’ll be the one I rent first. 😉 Thx for the comment, Debbie!
