Haunt Jaunts Welcomes Guest Blogger Jen Blaney!

When I welcomed soon-to-be Haunt Jaunts guest blogger Shanna Riley, I alluded to another anticipated guest blogger lined up thanks to Twitter. That guest blogger would be Jen Blaney (@JenBlaney).

Much like Shanna, it was also because of a Tweet Jen sent me that I got the idea to extend a guest blogger invite to her. (In fact, I sent her a guest blogger invite first, and then when Shanna later asked me a similar, “Hey, Haunt Jaunts have you…” question, the light dinged to then ask if she’d be game writing too. That’s how it’ll end up we’ll get treated to two more Haunt Jaunts guest blogs!)

Anyway, Jen’s Tweet was: “Have you ever visited the Bridgewater Triangle in MA? I don’t live too far from there, lots of weird paranormal activity”

Well, that sparked my interest. The Bridgewater Triangle was a new-to-me haunt. I told her I hadn’t even heard of it, so she Tweeted me some links I checked out.

How the heck I had never heard of this hub of all sorts of different paranormal activity is beyond me. UFOs, Bigfoot sightings, ghosts, balls of light…wow.

A lot of the activity takes place in the Hockamock Swamp. I watched a video link Jen shared and immediately thought of the Okefenokee Swamp in Georgia. The Okefenokee’s not quite the paranormal hot bed Hockamock sounds to be, but they share a lot of similar characteristics.

Anyway, that’s what Jen’s going to be treating us to…a virtual Haunt Jaunt to the Bridgewater Triangle.

Like you’ve done before, please join me in giving Jen a warm welcome. I hope you’re now as excited for her guest post as I am!

COOL! I figured you would know of such a place. Bigfoot, ghosts AND UFOs? Oh yeah, you’d have to know of it. I’m shocked I hadn’t. But now I have, and have TWO sources to school me on it more. (Well, YOURS plus what Jen writes!)
