I learned about the spoofs of Paranormal Activity and the Saw series via a post by Erik Davis on Cinematical earlier this week. What a better place to share them than my newly implemented Friday Fun theme day? (Well, I guess I could’ve shared them on Movie Monday but I didn’t want to wait that long! Plus, these are giggle-inducers, and giggles mean fun, so…they fit best for Friday Fun!)
Courtney Mroch is a globe-trotting restless spirit who’s both possessed by wanderlust and the spirit of adventure, and obsessed with true crime, horror, the paranormal, and weird days. Perhaps it has something to do with her genes? She is related to occult royalty, after all. Marie Laveau, the famous Voodoo practitioner of New Orleans, is one of her ancestors. (Yes, really! As explained here.) That could also explain her infatuation with skeletons.
