Tubi recently announced they signed a content deal with Warner Bros. Discovery that will add 14 WB branded FAST channels to the AVOD platform. Over 225 titles will be divided among Tubi’s new WB TV channels, many of which are familiar to fans of paranormal, mystery, and true crime series. But the deal also adds films too.
It’s all really exciting because for those who don’t do cable anymore, but who also don’t pay for the streaming subscriptions like discovery+ or HBO Max, some of that content is now available to all. A lot of which is super popular.
“Warner Bros. Discovery has a catalogue that TV lovers can’t get enough of and Tubi is proudly making many of these recent hits from Warner Bros. Discovery available to new audiences this month,” said Adam Lewinson, Chief Content Officer, Tubi. “From critically acclaimed and groundbreaking to lighthearted and addicting, our new WB branded FAST channels and on-demand offering will speak to each of Tubi’s distinct audience communities.”

Are the paranormal shows all reruns? Because I have already seen them all, and that doesn’t bring back The Wraith Chasers, sadly.
Hey Troy! Yes. These are all just re-runs in the deal with Warner Bros. Discovery. It’s shows that have already aired on their other networks. But Tubi does have a few original shows. I keep meaning to write a post about that but haven’t. You once again may light the fire to get that done with this comment. And you also raise an interesting point that you’d think TWC might be in reruns at least somewhere like this too… Well, maybe one day.
