Here are the upcoming paranormal events we’ve learned about during the week of August 19, 2012. This is sort of an interesting crop too. Not strictly paranormal related (although there are of course a couple), but these are still events that will catch a paranormal enthusiast’s eye (such as a haunting artwork exhibition and a scarecrow exhibit).

8/25: Psychic Fair (also offering a ghost tour of the theatre) LOCATION: Schenectady, NY at the Proctors Schenectady
SEPTEMBER
9/22: Art Show with Heather Gleason and Other Wicked Talented Wonders LOCATION: Wappinger’s Falls, NY at Miss Fanny’s Victoria Party House
OCTOBER
10/16-11/4: Agecroft Scarecrow Exhibit LOCATION: Richmond, VA at Agecroft Hall (This one looks COOL! I’d love to go just for the photo opp of capturing some amazing scarecrow art!)
Courtney Mroch is a globe-trotting restless spirit who’s both possessed by wanderlust and the spirit of adventure, as well as obsessed with true crime, horror, the paranormal, and weird days. Perhaps it has something to do with her genes? She is related to occult royalty, after all. Marie Laveau, the famous Voodoo practitioner of New Orleans, is one of her ancestors. That could also explain her infatuation with skeletons.
