Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf?
Anyone who knows what it can do, which is snatch your life away without a moment’s hestitation.
I saw the trailer for the upcoming Red Riding Hood movie on Paranormal Romance and was instantly intrigued. Apparently in this adaptation there’s an added complication. The wolf isn’t just any wolf. It’s a werewolf.
It also looks to be sexier than any Little Red Riding Hood filmed this side of XXX. But nothing looks “little” about this one. It’s a tale of star-crossed lovers, one (Red Riding Hood) arranged to marry someone other than her heart’s desire.
Plus there’s the mystery of “Who’s the wolf?” It’s got to be someone in the village, but who? Will they find out before it’s too late?
It’s done by the director of Twilight and stars Amanda Seyfried, Shiloh Fernandez, Max Irons, Gary Oldman, and Julie Christie.
Red Riding Hood is scheduled to roar into theaters next March. In the meantime, enjoy the trailer.
