Okay, here it is: the official Guess the Number of Followers game I mentioned in my post about planning Haunt Jaunts 1 Year Anniversary Bash.
HOW TO PLAY
Leave a comment below with your guess about how many Twitter followers Haunt Jaunts (@HauntJaunts) will have come Tuesday March 30, 2010.
(Before you do it, see “Hints” below for some perhaps helpful info, especially if you’re not on Twitter. Which you don’t need to be to play the game!)
DEADLINE
Guesses accepted from now until March 15, 2010.
(That way it sort of gives everyone a fair chance. Can’t wait and see how high it’s going until you make your guess. I know some of you are sneaky strategists that way. I got your number!)
PRIZES
Closest guess WITHOUT GOING OVER (we’re doing this Price is Right style!) will receive a dinner and a movie package which includes a $50 gift card to TGI Fridays, a $20 gift certificate to Fandango, and a Phasma Ex machina poster.
HINTS
As of this posting, Haunt Jaunts has 1,155 Twitter followers.
Some weeks Haunt Jaunts adds 50 new followers. Other weeks maybe 5.
An important FYI, though, is I’m going to be shamelessly promoting this contest, because the other (broader and more important) aspect to all this is that I will be donating .05ยข to the Lymphoma Research Foundation (@lymphoma) for every follower Haunt Jaunts has come March 30.
