I found a neat blog the other day: Paranormal Videos: Mysteries, Ghost Videos & Stories.
They sort of do something a bit different from the rest of the blogs I follow. While they, too, write about ghosts, haunted places, mysterious beasts and UFOs, they include videos with their write-ups.
To give you an example of what I mean, I picked several of their posts that particularly appealed to me:
- Bell Farm – Ten Most Haunted Places
- Tapes of Real NASA UFO Sightings
- Loch Ness Monster – Most Famous Hoax
- Mansfield Reformatory
Their posts are entertaining enough, but the fun part for today’s Friday Fun came when I discovered the quizzes under their Quizzes and Games tab. They have three:
They’re interactive. Meaning, you select your answer and you’re told right away if you’re right or wrong.
If you’re wrong, you learn what the right answer is and why. If you’re right, you get some extra info. Like I didn’t know if a bee wandered into your home that meant a visitor was coming. (Or if you killed the bee the visitor would be mean!)
Now that I’ve given you the answer to at least one question, I’ll share my scores with you:
- 80% Fictional Ghost Fan
- 70% Well Read
- 30% Much to Learn (I am not as superstitious as I thought. As my score clearly indicates, I barely knew any of them!)
The quizzes are short. 10 questions each. I bet they didn’t even take me two minutes each.
